RESISTANCE SYSTEM

The Resistance System (RS) is highly versatile and convenient. It comes with a set of Power Handles and a PTP indoor anchor, so you can train anywhere at any time. Three different levels of resistance tubing are ideal for training the whole body by improving muscular strength and endurance while promoting muscle growth.

All tubes come with a built-in safety inner cord, making it a safe choice for resistance training.

The RS offers the ability to increase or decrease resistance during your workout by adding or removing additional tube(s).
