CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER? Plus

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. If you would like to change your shipping address, simply go to your profile to amend. This will help us to speed up the dispatching process.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER? Plus

Shipments are only made available USA-wide.


US.PTPFit.com is currently unable to ship internationally, but ordering/store purchasing options are currently available in several other countries: In Australia visit PTPFit.com, in New Zealand (Rebel Sport), the Middle East (GO Sport + Sun & Sand Sports), Germany (Intersport), the UK (Sports Direct), Canada (SportChek), Indonesia (PrimaFit + Planet Sports) and the Philippines (SRI).


Please note, US.PTPFit.com does not ship to PO Box addresses, Armed Forces Addresses, Private Parcel Lockers and international re-shippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? Plus

Most destinations in the USA will be within 2-4 working days. Remote destinations will usually take up to 7 working days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5 pm EST may be processed from the next business day.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING? Plus

When you spend $100USD or more, free standard shipping is automatically applied during checkout. If your order includes the Fascia Release Roller Large, free shipping applies to orders $100USD and above.

Orders below $100USD are charged a flat delivery rate of $14.99USD within the USA.

Orders containing the Fascia Release Roller Large and are under $100USD are charged at a flat rate of $14.99USD.

The following products are bulky items and have a shipping cost of $19.99USD. They are not eligible for free shipping: CORE DOME,
SPINAL ARCH, PULL UP PRO, AQUACORE 15KG, AQUACORE 25KG, AQUACORE 40KG.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Plus

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

You will be able to enter this tracking information on the courier’s website and access your estimated delivery date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY? Plus

All bookings are made with Authority to Leave. If the delivery driver did not find a safe place to leave your parcel in your absence, it will be dropped off at the nearest carrier depot.

If you missed a delivery, please call StarTrack on 13 2345 (from 8:00am to 6:00pm) to arrange a redelivery, redirection or collection.

WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS ON US.PTPFIT.COM? Plus

- Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard

- Prepaid gift cards: Visa and MasterCard (please enter details in the credit/debit card field during eWay Direct checkout)

WHAT PAYMENT RESTRICTIONS DO APPLY? Plus

- All credit/debit cards must have a billing address in USA.

- Payments cannot be split between multiple credit cards.

- US.PTPFit.com does not accept purchase orders, cash, checks or money orders.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR CHANGE OF MIND? Plus

We cannot accept exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure you select your product(s) carefully.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? Plus

Please contact us immediately at info.usa@ptpfit.com; we may be able to cancel your order if it has not been packed/shipped yet.

MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY. WHAT DO I DO? Plus

Please contact us at info.usa@ptpfit.com within 30 days of the date recorded on the order receipt and indicate your personal details, invoice number and product, along with the reason why you believe the product is faulty.

We will exchange a faulty/defect product bought in the USA if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party or by fair wear and tear.
