The Resistance Platform System comes with a resistance platform, a resistance bar, a bar pad, and 4 x PTP Powertube Elite minis (2 x light & 2 x medium levels), which allows you to perform exercises like Squats, lunges, deadlifts, Bicep curls, Shoulder press, Bent over rows, Good mornings, etc. in the convenience of your own home.
Compatible with the PTP Powertube Elite Mini series, you can increase or decrease the resistance level by adding or removing an additional tube (s).

I've got limited space to work out in and this packs up tidily, excellent for upper and lower exercises. I find the clips can be a bit fiddly and prefer to change the clips on the base instead of the bar. I can feel (and see!) improvements after using 3 times a week for the past 6 weeks

I wanted to purchase something similar to the Vitruvian but not so expensive. I was a little skeptical of this product but after a few goes and trying different exercises, I actually think it's a great alternative. Especially since you can fold it away and store it under the bed ( which is what I do ). I mainly use it for arm workouts like bicep curls and tricep extensions. The bar in particular is really good quality. The length of the tubes don't really allow you to create some lower body bar exercises exactly like the real ones, I'm on the shorter side, but still, good alternative if you don't go to the gym but want to do gym-like movements.

I like the PTP system and have bought into the power tubes and accessories but I regret purchasing the Resistance Platform System. It's okay for squats and some upper body work, but nothing you can't get by anchoring to a door or wall hook. As for things like deadlifts, RDLs, bent over rows, and the like, it's useless - the short power tubes are too long for these, even doubled around. I've tried using the long tubes with the included hooks and they don't work, either.
The box says the platform can handle resistance up to 125kg. Either I'm underestimating my bands (possible since I have to finagle them so much to make them at all useful), or that's not nearly as much as I estimate because it's flexing at half that load.
The bar and can only accomodate four hooks, which is two bands doubled around. Likewise, the soft hooks included for that purpose can only fit a couple of bands. You really can't 'hack' this system like I hoped.
It might be okay for beginners but I've only been working out 8 months and this can't replace the gym.

Thanks for your feedback. We recommend using the platform for lateral and vertical exercises; squats, lunges, deadlifts, bicep curls, shoulder press, bent over rows, good mornings etc. A floor based platform is most useful for upper body and weight bearing leg exercises.
If you want to feel greater resistance we suggest using heavy or ultimate PTP Powertube elite minis for an increased resistance level.
We suggest to clip the tubes on and off the platform base instead of the bar, we find this method efficient and not fiddly.
